I love my job, being a personal trainer and online coach is so rewarding. My goal is to help get people from all different backgrounds with different abilities comfortable within the gym and fitness. Moving your body, pushing your limits, building healthy habits and a more confident you!

I used to think gaining muscle would make me look 'manly' but I couldn't have been more wrong! I love how strong I look and feel, my mindset completely changed and I realised that  being the strongest version of you is feminine and beautiful.
