Hi, I'm Ro an Online Coach and Personal Trainer, I have worked in this industry for over 4 years.
My goal as your Coach is to help elevate your life both physically and mentally. I want you to reach your goals in a sustainable and healthy way.
I started my work in the fitness space due to my own fitness journey... I suffered with anorexia and an eating disorder as a teenager. The gym saved me, it helped me find my confidence and happiness. I have since gained over 30kg, improved my relationship with food and learnt the true meaning of self love.
I have worked with hundreds of women from the ages between 18-60, helping them build confidence in the gym, increase their strength and reach their goals... weight loss, weight gain, building strong glutes, improving endurance?
I help with it all.
From working with so many women of all ages and having worked in a gym space for the last 4 years, this gives me so much more understanding and knowledge!
