What is included in your workout guides?

You can click here to see all my different workout guides, I have different guides with different focuses. All of my guides are in a pdf format, they include lots of information to help educate you on topics like progressive overload and how to workout calories specific for you and your goals. For full detail on what is included in each of my workout guides check the description of each guide. 


How do I know how much to eat?

In all my workout guides I explain how and why you should be eating in a specific way to help you reach your goals. I also break down and explain directly how you can work out your calories and macros needed to eat for your goals. 

I want to grow my glutes what guide is best for me?

I suggest my 12 week glute guide, this is my new and improved glute growth focused guide. Included in it is most glute focused lower body days, explanation of the glutes purpose and how to train them for optimal results.

How long can I keep the guide for?

Once purchased that guide is yours forever! There is no time limit or time frame to use it in, so even if a few months after purchase you want to re use the guide you can.

I am unsure on if a workout guide is the best option for me?

My workout guides are a one time purchase. They are not only full of amazing fun and challenging workouts but also information to help educate you and advance you on your fitness journey which will help you now and in the future. Following a workout plan is so important, it helps hold you accountable and it makes sure you are training effectively for your goals!
